Every year, our favourite exhibitions are the two exhibitions organised by the Golden Retriever Kör in the garden of the Károlyi Castle in Fehérvárcsurgó. On one hand, because they are always judged by respected judges who know the breed and whose opinions we are really value, and on the other hand, it is like a retriever festival full of friends and beautiful dogs. And this speciality show was even more special for us, because Irma and Cillian's almost 4-month-old puppies were also presented for the first time in very good numbers. We also had people who had never been to a show before. So we had a very large Headtheway team in a good atmosphere.

The little ones showed their socks off with happy wagging tails and courage on their first ever show. We were very proud of them. It would have been a great day in itself, but we also achieved some really nice results.
Headtheway’s Chateau Palmer “Sanyi” in a very strong working dog class ( 9entries) got a beautiful judgement and Exc 1. CAC later he went also WORKING BEST IN SHOW This is a title very close to our hearts, as it is very important for us to keep the working ability of in our lines.
Also in working dog class Headtheway’s Definitely Maybe “Petya” (Cloud Nine de Ria Vela & Headtheway’s Riesling) at his very first show received and Excellent judgement. Petya is a real work-loving golden, so it was very easy for us to handle him in the ring. Petya's owner is Lovrek Száva.
Among the males, Schoko was entered this time into a very strong open class.
Headtheway’s Drum&Bass “Schoko” (Cloud Nine de Ria Vela & Headtheway’s Riesling) open class Exc. 4. Schoko is in co-ownership with Alice Kracher and her family.
This time our only female representative was Headtheway’s Early Christmas “Charlotte” (Bernard Gold Mechta Detstva & Headtheway’s Chateau Margaux) who was entered into working class. She received a beautiful judgement and Exc.2. res. CAC title Charlotte is owned by Kis Mercedesz.
Out of 10 Irma and Cillian's progenies, 5 participated in the show.
Headtheway’s Fanfan “Bono” (Weisford Guilty as Sin & Headtheway’s Drama Effect) in a big baby class with a really nice judgement Very Promising 1. later he went also BABY BEST IN SHOW !!! Bono is in co-ownership with Auguszt Ildikó.
Headtheway’s Fifty-Fifty “Leo” (Weisford Guilty as Sin & Headtheway’s Drama Effect) also in baby class was placed Very Promising 2. behind his brother. Leo is in co-ownership with Szűcs Dávid and his family.
Headtheway’s Fellow Traveller “Juhar” (Weisford Guilty as Sin & Headtheway’s Drama Effect) in baby class Very Promising Juhar is owned by Weidemann Gábor.
